We began by developing an art bible to define the style, themes, and goals of the JBAS metaverse. This collaborative approach ensured the world reflected the Japanese-inspired identity of the NFT collection while aligning with the client’s creative vision.

Cross-Platform Launcher

A Seamless Gateway to the Metaverse
We built a launcher using Avalonia UI, ensuring compatibility across Windows, Linux, macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon). This tool provided an intuitive entry point for users, featuring:

  • Incremental updates for efficient downloads.
  • Automatic game version management.
  • A wallet integration system supporting custodial (TrustWallet) and non-custodial accounts.

Transforming NFTs from 2D to 3D

Bringing the JBAS NFT Collection to Life
We converted 218 2D NFT traits into fully game-ready 3D assets, ensuring a seamless integration of the JBAS NFT collection into the metaverse. This allowed players to:

  • Use their NFTs as 3D in-game assets.
  • See dynamic and customizable avatars come to life in an immersive environment.

We created over 1,000 unique 3D assets to populate the JBAS metaverse and bring its worlds to life. From environmental props to interactive objects, these assets enhanced the immersive quality of the metaverse.

  • Buildings, foliage, and interactive props tailored to the world’s themes.
  • Sensei NPC powered by ChatGPT, allowing for open conversations about the JBAS universe.
  • Assets for themed maps, including Tokyo Cyberpunk, Flying Islands, and The Temple of Legends.

    • Open Fields: A vast area for relaxation and socializing.

    • Tokyo Cyberpunk, Flying Islands, Beachfront, and more for multiplayer combat

To ensure a seamless multiplayer experience, we integrated advanced features and tools:

  • Realm System: Automatically distributed players across servers for smooth performance.
  • Proximity Chat: Allowed natural voice interactions in open-world areas.
  • Encrypted Friend System: End-to-end encrypted messaging ensured player privacy.
  • Lobby System: Hosted multiplayer matches for competitive games like third-person shooters.
